Terms of purchase

STRØM & BORG ApS, Slotsmarken 18, 2970 Hoersholm, Danmark, DK36542918, shopping is safe, simple and free of unpleasant surprises. We have 100 days of open purchase and shipping is SEK 29, as well as fast deliveries.


When you place an order at stromandborg.com, you agree to our terms of purchase. Please read our terms of purchase before confirming your purchase. By accepting STRØM & BORG's terms of purchase, you also accept our Privacy Policy. This page uses cookies. By continuing to use STRØM & BORG, you agree to our use of cookies in accordance with our cookies policy.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to shop with us.

STRØM & BORG reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. In case of suspected fraud, contact will be made with the police. All frauds are reported to the police.​


1. Payment and Security
Our payment provider Klarna provides payment via card, internet payment, invoice and partial payment. In the checkout you will find Klarna's own terms and conditions. You agree to these terms by completing your purchase. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest and, if applicable, collection costs, this is nothing STRØM & BORG is responsible for, but it is Klarna's terms and conditions. For questions about payment, we refer to Klarna.

We do not charge any fees for any of our payment methods. If you choose the payment method Invoice, the invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with your order. Your order confirmation will also be sent to your email address when your order has gone through.

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted. For card purchases, your card information is processed securely and confidentially.

By clicking on "Complete purchase", you as a customer accept that the purchase entails a payment responsibility.


2. Delivery, transport and unclaimed packages
We send your package directly to your mailbox. If your package does not fit in the mailbox, it will instead go to your nearest post office where you can pick it up. You have 14 days to collect the package from your agent.

We reserve the right for any delays caused by the suppliers. We also reserve ourselves for longer delivery times during holidays and promotions.

You have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a delivery delay, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are not able to recall your package, but it will be delivered to your mailbox or your Postnord agent to be collected by you within 7 days. If you do not claim the package, it will be returned to STRØM & BORG as "Unclaimed". This is not a Return. When STRØM & BORG receives an order that has not been collected, a fee of 100 Swedish kronor (SEK) is charged to cover handling, administration and shipping fees. Exceptions apply to products with personal options and own design, where we do not refund because these products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Read HERE about how to make a return. If we receive a return with a product with a personal option not picked up, we will wait 2 months for contact from you as the customer to be able to send your order out to you. If we do not hear from you within 2 months, we will discard your product.

If you discover that your package is damaged, you must report this immediately on site. You make a complaint to the carrier directly at the point of delivery. Then contact us about the damage via email, and enter "Transport damage" and your order number in the subject line.

In the event of circumstances beyond Hatstore's control, so-called Force Majeure, for example, but not limited to, natural disaster, power outage, labor conflict, Hatstore is released from liability towards you as a customer.


3. Prices, promotions and sales
All prices on stromandborg.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT.

The prices at the time of ordering apply. We reserve the right for obviously incorrect information and final sales. We cannot offer the same price as the product had during the sale/promotion after the sale/promotion end date.

Sale and promotional items can be returned provided the product does not have any personal options. For information on returns, see 6 Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns.

We also reserve ourselves for longer delivery times during holidays and promotions.
